We are running a dues amnesty membership drive. If your dues are in arrears and you would like to discuss payment and join your neighbors in funding our wonderful community, reach out to us, and we will work with you to bring you current. This is a great opportunity to bring your property current!
Annual dues are billed in January for the current year. We have added the option to pay your dues online. If you have not received your bill or are unable to access the link for online payment – reach out to us and we will resend it.
Your dues keep our community running and are used to fund landscaping, roadway improvements and maintenance, snow clearing of roads, Lake dam maintenance, insurance and other expenses required to keep our Ashe Lake Community looking its best.

Dwelling with 4 lots or 1 to 2 acres $285.00
Dwelling with 5 lots $330.00
Dwelling with 6 lots $375.00
Dwelling with 7 lots $420.00
Dwelling with 8 to 15 lots $465.00
Dwelling with 16 lots $510.00
Maximum Dues $510.00
$45.00 per lot up 10 lots.
Maximum Dues $ 450.00
Ashe Lake condos $50.00 per unit ($1,000.00 for all 20 units.)
